Corvallis Heating is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Installation/Service Manager.

Position: HVAC Installation/Service Manager
Location: Corvallis, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; with overtime and some weekends as needed
Compensation: $$, DOE
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, Company vehicle
Job Type: Full-time Position

SPECIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of HVAC Installation/Service Manager experience is strongly preferred

• 5+ years of HVAC experience

• EPA Certification

• Journeyman Level experience

• Exceptional customer service

• Strong leadership skills

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Eagerness to work 

• Attention to detail

• Exceptional problem-solving skills 

• Ability to manage a team of HVAC technicians

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
